We will talk on the phone or email and mutually determine whether it's a good fit.
You can complete forms online prior to the session.
We will review everything in detail so that you feel comfortable.
We will determine how often you would like to meet which may change over time.
Over the course of therapy, we will review any relevant history/ goals/ and create a safe place for you.
I will encourage you to share openly and honestly.
Therapy can look very different depending on the person and what they are looking for.
Therapy takes time and is not always comfortable. Be patient with yourself and the process.
